The other half of the store is filled with fresh bread from The Baker, fresh vegan / vegetarian sandwiches and salads, delicious protein shakes made on the premises and all of the natural foods and beverages your body wants and needs.

Our beauty section includes my personal favorites: Aubrey Organics and Burt's Bees. We carry a complete line of natural hair color, natural cleansing supplies and a very nice book section with health and spiritual titles.

We  also specialize in gluten free foods/supplements with new products coming in regularly. The most popular brands include: Kinnickinick, Glutano, Food For Life, Van's, Bob's Red Mill, Gluten Free Pantry, Tinkynada, 1 2 3 Gluten Free, Udi's and Mary Gone Crackers.  The choices range from bread all the way to licorice. 

We also have more difficult to locate items as Alpiste / Silica Free Canary Seeds, and 35% Food Grade Hydrogen Peroxide.
